Returns & Refunds

Because our products are intimate by nature, opened items cannot be returned — this protects every customer and is standard for the category. That said, we stand squarely behind what we sell:

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or dead on arrival, contact us within 30 days at returns@bedsidesecrets.com with your order number and a photo/video of the issue. We will replace it or refund you in full — your choice. No need to mail anything back unless we ask.

Unopened items

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund (minus outbound shipping). Email us first so we can issue a return authorization and address.

Wrong or missing items

If your order arrives wrong or incomplete, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may take a few days more to post it. The credit appears under the same discreet descriptor as the charge.
